A couple of fairly recent paintings

Here's a look at a couple of paintings I have done recently (over the past couple of months). They just sort of came to me and I whipped em out in a couple days each. I'm pretty happy with them and I hope you like them!

This is Duane Allman of The Allman Brothers Band. He's just noodling away, dreaming of a better tomorrow or something like that.

This is a painting that was originally going to be a low perspective view of a field with menacing clouds above it, but it somehow morphed into this as I was painting it.
